Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy explains what information Qcode collects when you use this site or work with us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
This is a general policy written as a starting point. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it checked against the laws that apply to you before you rely on it.
Information you give us
When you send a project request or contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number and company you provide, along with the project type, budget range and description you write.
There are no accounts on this site. We do not ask you to register, and we do not store a password for you.
Information collected automatically
Our systems keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request. We use these to keep the service running, to diagnose faults and to protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use your information
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope and estimate; to deliver and support work you have commissioned; and to keep the site secure and working correctly.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that remembers the language you chose. Your appearance preference is kept in your own browser and never reaches us.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.
Where your data is stored
Project requests are delivered to a private Telegram chat used by our team, and are held in Telegram's systems under their own terms and privacy policy. The portfolio shown on this site is hosted with our database provider.
Both may process data outside your country. Whoever we work with is bound to protect it and may use it only to provide the service to us.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your personal information and we never share it for advertising.
We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site on our behalf, with anyone you ask us to, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests while the enquiry or project is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using any of the channels on this site and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted while it travels, and requests are delivered over an encrypted connection to a private chat only our team can read.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords, card details or other secrets through the project request form.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
